What you'll do
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Manage candidate pipeline and job openings
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain talent networks
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
What you'll need
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of IT and technology recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
