- Maintain benefits documentation and records
- Analyze benefits utilization and costs
- Recommend benefits program improvements
What you'll need
- Benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of benefits programs and regulations
- HR or related field experience
- Strong organizational skills

- Professional certification (CEBS, PHR preferred)
