What you'll do
- Manage relocations, moves, adds, and changes for client portfolios
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Provide bilingual customer service and support
- Track and manage MAC projects from initiation to completion
- Maintain documentation and reporting on moves and changes
- Ensure compliance with facility management standards
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency (fluency in English and at least one other language)
- Experience in Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) operations
- Facility management or real estate services background
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
