Job Overview
In this role you will: Conduct full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the country, for Sleep Country/Dormez-vous and the DTC brands, including high volume Sales, Operations and Customer Service, as well as Corporate roles. - Recruit for Sleep Country/Dormez-vous and DTC brands
- Fill positions in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Corporate roles
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategies
- Develop effective and timely recruitment strategies
- Post positions for various regions through ATS
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency
- Full cycle recruitment experience
- ATS proficiency
- Ability to work with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners
