Own the post-sale relationship with Clio's largest law firm clients. As an Enterprise CSM, you will drive adoption, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities by acting as a trusted advisor to managing partners and legal operations teams.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of 20–30 enterprise law firm accounts
- Run regular executive business reviews and adoption workshops
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence the product roadmap
- Maintain accurate account health data in Salesforce
What you'll need
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts ($1M+ ARR)
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Analytical approach to tracking health scores and identifying churn risk
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
