Job Overview

Lead a team of 6–8 engineers building the platform infrastructure that underpins all of Clio's products. You will balance technical leadership with people management, driving reliability and developer experience initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 platform engineers
• Own team roadmap and delivery commitments for platform reliability and DX initiatives
• Partner with Staff Engineers to set technical direction
• Drive hiring processes and maintain a high engineering bar
• Collaborate with other EMs to align on cross-cutting concerns

What you'll need

• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong technical background in distributed systems or platform engineering
• Demonstrated ability to hire, grow, and retain engineering talent
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-team coordination
