Job Overview

Help Canadian and global law firms run their practices more efficiently. As a Full Stack Engineer on the Practice Management team, you will build features across a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend, with a strong focus on reliability and developer experience.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain features across Clio's core practice management suite
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• Collaborate with design and product to refine feature specifications
• Respond to on-call incidents on a rotating basis

What you'll need

• 3+ years of full stack software development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Passion for clean, well-tested code
