What you'll do
- Process compensation and payroll data
- Maintain compensation records and documentation
- Support compensation cycle activities
- Assist with data analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with HR and payroll departments
- Ensure accuracy of compensation information
What you'll need
- 12-month contract position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
