What you'll do
- Equip revenue and customer success teams with training and enablement materials
- Design and deliver learning programs for internal teams
- Create documentation and training resources
- Support customer onboarding and success initiatives
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement team on program development
What you'll need
- Experience in customer success, enablement, or training roles
- Knowledge of legal industry or SaaS products preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary
