What you'll do

• Oversee HR processes and reporting functions
• Lead HR operations and process improvements
• Manage HRIS systems and data integrity
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Direct HR reporting and analytics
• Lead and mentor HR team members
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations
• Implement HR process improvements and efficiencies

What you'll need

• Director-level HR experience
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and reporting
• Experience with HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience managing HR teams
• Understanding of employment law and compliance
