- Conduct visible presence patrols within perimeter of TMS downtown buildings
- Enforce rules and expectations of guest behavior and activities offsite
- Redirect community participants to internal and external resources
- Maintain safe and welcoming environment for all stakeholders
- Monitor exterior premises for security purposes
