- Supervise healthcare services at Camp Towhee
- Oversee mental health services for children and youth
- Manage healthcare team members
- Implement strength-based mental health approaches
- Engage with families in the treatment process
- Ensure quality of specialized mental health services
- Support children and youth mental well-being
What you'll need
- Experience in mental health services
- Knowledge of child development (ages 0-18)
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Understanding of strength-based approaches
- Ability to work with families and communities
- Mental health certification or relevant credentials
