What you'll do
- Provide HR strategic support to business units
- Partner with management on employee relations matters
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with performance management initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development
- Serve as interim coverage during maternity leave
What you'll need
- HR Business Partner experience
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
