• Ensure HR compliance with employment standards
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting

What you'll need

• HR certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of BC employment standards
• Proficiency with HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration
