What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers and law firms onto Clio platform
  • Provide technical guidance and support during implementation
  • Deliver training and enablement to customers
  • Manage customer success during onboarding phase
  • Document processes and create customer resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

What you'll need

  • Intermediate-level experience in customer onboarding or similar role
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn legal AI software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers
