Job Overview

Bridge the gap between Lumenix Health's technology team and clinical partners. You will support hospital onboarding, manage ongoing clinical partnerships, and ensure that our AI tools are deployed in ways that improve patient outcomes and integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows.

What you'll do

• Manage onboarding of new hospital and clinic partners from contract through go-live
• Conduct training sessions and ongoing support for clinical end-users
• Collect and synthesize clinical feedback for the product and ML teams
• Maintain partnership documentation, SLAs, and compliance records
• Represent Lumenix at clinical conferences and industry events

What you'll need

• Background in healthcare, nursing, clinical informatics, or health administration
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare operations role
• Understanding of hospital workflows and EHR systems
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to translate clinical feedback into actionable product requirements
