Lead Lumenix Health's go-to-market push into Canadian and US health systems. As Head of Sales, you will build and manage the enterprise sales team, own a $5M ARR pipeline, and close strategic deals with hospital networks, provincial health authorities, and large clinic groups.
What you'll do
- Build, hire, and lead a team of 4 enterprise account executives
- Own a $5M ARR new business target for FY2026
- Run executive-level conversations with hospital C-suite and health authority leadership
- Define sales process, playbooks, and territory assignments
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to shape GTM strategy
What you'll need
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing a team
- Proven track record of closing $500K+ ACV deals in healthcare or life sciences
- Deep understanding of hospital procurement and clinical decision-making processes
- Experience with value-based selling and ROI frameworks for clinical tools
- Network of relationships with hospital CMOs, CIOs, and VP Clinical Informatics
