What you'll do
- Oversee data infrastructure and analytics operations
- Lead and manage a team of data professionals
- Develop and implement data strategy and governance
- Ensure data quality and security standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Support business intelligence and reporting initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of data systems and processes
What you'll need
- Experience managing data infrastructure teams
- Strong background in analytics and data engineering
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern data stacks
- Healthcare or community services industry knowledge (preferred)
