What you'll do
- Lead IT assurance and technology risk assessments for clients
- Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Direct and mentor junior team members
- Develop and deliver risk-based audit solutions
- Identify and evaluate technology risks and control gaps
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations
- Contribute to practice development and growth
- Stay current with emerging technology risks and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT risk, IT assurance, or IT audit
- Professional certifications preferred (CISA, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of IT controls and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Toronto
