What you'll do
- Lead the People & Culture function and strategy
- Build and manage the HR/People team
- Develop and implement talent acquisition programs
- Foster a positive company culture aligned with organizational values
- Oversee employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Drive organizational development and succession planning
- Partner with leadership on strategic business initiatives
What you'll need
- Senior-level HR/People Operations experience
- Proven track record building and scaling people teams
- Experience in fast-growing technology or professional services environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies
