What you'll do
- Provide primary care services to youth clients
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Support youth wellness programs at YWHO
- Maintain clinical documentation and health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide patient and health education
What you'll need
- Nurse Practitioner license/certification
- Primary care experience
- Youth health experience preferred
