What you'll do
- Lead brand design strategy and vision
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines
- Guide design team members
- Create visual identity systems
- Oversee brand consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers
- Establish design standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you'll need
- Extensive brand design experience
- Leadership experience in design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work
- Experience building design systems
- Knowledge of nonprofit sector (preferred)
- Experience with design tools and software
