What you'll do
- Lead commercial insurance division
- Manage and develop insurance broker team
- Drive sales and business development initiatives
- Oversee client relationship management
- Implement training programs for brokerage and sales
- Contribute to company strategic planning
- Maintain employee retention and engagement
- Operate across Montreal locations (South Shore, North Shore, Downtown)
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance
- Proven leadership and management track record
- Strong sales and business development background
- Knowledge of Quebec insurance market
- Bilingual capabilities (French/English implied)
- Training and coaching abilities
