What you'll do
- Define and implement technical strategy and architecture
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Drive technical excellence and best practices
- Collaborate with product and business teams on platform development
- Guide the development of Lantern's specialty care platform
- Support the network connecting patients with specialist care
What you'll need
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Proven track record in system architecture and design
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
