What you'll do
- Lead UX design strategy for Autodesk Forma's Construction AI products
- Design AI-powered product experiences for construction teams
- Drive design innovation for agentic acceleration features
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
- Conduct user research within the AEC industry
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards
- Mentor and guide design team members
- Shape how AI enhances construction workflows
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in UX/product design
- Deep understanding of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Proven track record leading design strategy for complex products
- Experience designing AI-powered user experiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of agentic AI systems
