What you'll do

• Shape the future of Traction Complete's Go-To-Market automation suite
• Drive external-facing product strategy and market positioning
• Conduct market research and customer discovery
• Build and validate roadmap initiatives focused on customer outcomes
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development
• Focus on market-driven product decisions rather than pure delivery

What you'll need

• Located in or willing to relocate to Vancouver Lower Mainland (preferred)
• Deep curiosity about market problems
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem
• Track record of building validated roadmap initiatives
