What you'll do
- Manage sales operations for industrial refrigeration services
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Lead sales team
- Support field refrigeration and HVAC challenges for customers
- Oversee service accounts in cold storage, meat packing, food processing, and recreational ice facilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth
What you'll need
- Completion of Traits and Behaviors Assessment
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Experience in HVAC or refrigeration industry
- Sales management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in Western Canada region
