What you'll do
- Lead land development projects from conception through completion
- Design and oversee infrastructure systems
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, planners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and codes
- Mentor junior engineers
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
What you'll need
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
- Experience in land development projects
- Knowledge of regulatory and zoning requirements
- Proficiency with engineering design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
