What you'll do

• Provide medical direction and leadership for neuroscience and rare disease portfolios
• Oversee treatment strategies for rare diseases and general medicine
• Lead clinical and medical initiatives aligned with healthcare innovation
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clinical teams and external partners
• Support development of smarter, less invasive treatment solutions
• Contribute to building solutions that address complex diseases
• Drive medical excellence across assigned therapeutic areas

What you'll need

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
• Senior-level medical expertise in neuroscience and/or rare diseases
• Extensive clinical or medical leadership experience
• Knowledge of healthcare innovation and treatment development
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical/medical device industry
• Based in or able to work in Toronto, Ontario
