What you'll do
- Analyze revenue operations data and provide actionable insights
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams
- Implement and optimize RevOps systems and tools
- Drive data-driven decision making across revenue organization
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience in Revenue Operations or similar role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and BI tools
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Background in SaaS or healthcare technology preferred
