What you'll do
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across TJX Canada operations
- Analyze processes in Distribution Centers, Corporate Offices, or Retail Stores
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings
- Assist in implementing improvement projects
- Collect and analyze data to support recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document and present findings and recommendations
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field)
- Available for Spring co-op/internship term
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in team environments
- Excellent communication skills
