What you'll do
- Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across distribution centers, corporate offices, or retail locations
- Assist in implementing lean or optimization strategies
- Collect and analyze data to support improvement recommendations
- Document processes and present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support project management activities
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (engineering, business, supply chain, or related field)
- Available for a co-op/internship term
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
