Job Overview
Partner with technology leaders at Sun Life to attract, develop, and retain top talent. As an HRBP, you will provide strategic HR counsel on talent planning, organizational design, performance management, and culture across a team of 500+ technology professionals.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP-level technology leaders on all people matters
- Lead annual talent review and succession planning cycles for the technology division
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to build hiring pipelines for critical tech roles
- Support change management initiatives for major organizational transformations
- Analyse HR metrics and present workforce insights to leadership
What you'll need
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in technology or financial services
- CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience with talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design
- Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS
