What you'll do
- Lead technical strategy for web core product and Chrome extension
- Mentor and manage engineering team
- Drive architecture and design decisions
- Collaborate with product management on feature development
- Ensure code quality and best practices
- Optimize performance of web and extension products
What you'll need
- Experience leading technical teams
- Expertise in web development and Chrome extension development
- Strong understanding of text-to-speech or audio technology (preferred)
- Experience with product-focused technical leadership
- Proven track record of shipping consumer products
