What you'll do
- Lead web core product and Chrome extension development
- Guide technical direction and architecture decisions
- Manage and mentor engineering team
- Oversee development of text-to-speech features across web platforms
- Ensure product quality and performance
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Drive innovation in reading accessibility solutions
What you'll need
- Experience leading technical teams
- Expertise in web development and Chrome extension development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React or similar frameworks
- Product-focused mindset
- Based in or willing to relocate to Toronto, Canada
