What you'll do

• Provide technical support to customers using CVI42 imaging software
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Assist users with cardiac imaging processing workflows
• Document and escalate complex technical issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support quality standards

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic technical aptitude
• Communication skills
