What you'll do
- Analyze and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Prepare compensation reports and analysis
- Support benefits administration
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies
- Maintain total rewards databases and records
- Assist with payroll compliance verification
- Communicate total rewards information to employees
- Support HR initiatives and projects
What you'll need
- Experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits
- Knowledge of Canadian compensation practices
- Proficiency with HR systems and databases
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with compensation benchmarking (preferred)
