Financial Analyst – FP&A

Job Overview

Support Wealthsimple's financial planning and analysis function as the company scales toward profitability. You will build financial models, own core planning processes, and provide analytical support to business leaders across the organization.

What you'll do

• Own monthly financial close and variance analysis process
• Build and maintain rolling 12-month financial forecasts
• Partner with business leaders to develop annual operating plans
• Prepare board and investor materials for quarterly reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

What you'll need

• 2+ years of FP&A or investment banking experience
• Advanced Excel modelling skills
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward either designation preferred
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar planning tools an asset
