Build the Wealthsimple Invest experience used by over 3 million Canadians to grow their wealth. You will craft high-performance, accessible React applications that make investing effortless for beginners and sophisticated investors alike.

What you'll do

• Lead frontend development for Wealthsimple Invest's core portfolio and account features
• Define frontend architecture patterns adopted across the organization
• Run performance audits and drive improvements to Core Web Vitals
• Mentor intermediate engineers and conduct meaningful code reviews
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers in cross-functional squads

What you'll need

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with GraphQL client libraries (Apollo or Relay)
• Strong understanding of web performance and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex frontend projects
