What you'll do

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using CBT, DBT-informed, and ACT approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Use measurement-based care to monitor progress and outcomes
• Assess and respond to clinical risk including suicidality and self-harm
• Develop and maintain safety plans
• Escalate or coordinate care for higher-risk or complex presentations
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with youth clients
• Adapt interventions to meet individual youth needs
• Engage families in the therapeutic process

What you'll need

• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT)
• Ability to assess and respond to clinical risk
• Experience with youth populations
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with families
• Understanding of measurement-based care practices
