What you'll do
- Manage customer accounts and account receivables
- Process invoices and billing documentation
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Prepare collection reports and aging schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP system
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
What you'll need
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional communication skills
