What you'll do
- Oversee financial operations across wholesale manufacturing and retail divisions
- Manage general ledger and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Supervise accounting team members
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
What you'll need
- CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing and/or retail environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software systems
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Ability to manage and mentor accounting staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
