What you'll do
- Process and manage vendor invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable records
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager
- Perform data entry tasks
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments and inquiries
- Ensure timely payment processing
What you'll need
- Located in or willing to work in Saint-Laurent, Quebec (Hybrid)
- Bilingual in French and English (position is bilingual)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with accounting software
