What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable operations
- Process and manage billing activities
- Report to the Controller
- Collaborate with finance team members
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Support the restructuring of the receivables team
What you'll need
- Passion for work and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Experience with full-cycle accounts receivable processes
- Knowledge of logistics or 3PL industry preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
