What you'll do
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions
- Send invoices and payment reminders to customers
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Respond to customer billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
