What you'll do
- Process and manage accounts receivable collections
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities
- Reconcile account discrepancies
- Prepare collection reports
- Handle customer inquiries in English and French
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
