What you'll do
- Manage accounts receivable collections
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments
- Process payments and reconcile accounts
- Maintain detailed collection records
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Provide bilingual customer support
- Prepare collection reports
- Resolve billing discrepancies
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
