What you'll do
- Process and record customer payments
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- Generate invoices and billing statements
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile payment discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and aging reports
- Support accounts receivable department operations
- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with financial software systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
