What you'll do
- Manage and optimize Jira workflows and configurations
- Support Agile operations across teams
- Facilitate sprint planning and ceremonies
- Monitor project metrics and reporting
- Provide Jira training and support to team members
- Report to Project Management Office Director
- Ensure process adherence and continuous improvement
What you'll need
- Proficiency with Jira platform
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in operations or project management
- Ability to work in hybrid environment (3 days office, 2 days remote)
