What you'll do
- Assist in repair and maintenance of trucks and trailers
- Learn heavy duty repair procedures and techniques
- Support senior mechanics on service calls
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision
- Maintain work area and tools
- Document work completed and issues identified
What you'll need
- Apprenticeship eligibility or enrollment in truck and trailer mechanics program
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills
- Physical ability to perform heavy mechanical work
- Ability to work in a team environment
